Ingredients required for Chicken Clear Soup are:
- 2 cup chicken stocks
- spring onion finely chopped 2 table spoon.
- boiled chicken 2 table spoon.
- salt- to taste
- white pepper powder- 1\4 tea spoon
- cornflower- 1 table spoon
Method of preparation:
- Make fresh chicken stock . Remove the chicken from the stock. Cover and keep chicken side.
- Then add the spring onion. Add salt and white pepper powder.
- Mix the cornflower. Boil the soup. And stirring continuously.
- Add ajinomoto and boil for 1 minute.
Chicken clear soup is ready to be served hot.
