Ingredients Required:
- Bread (white or brown) - 4 slices
- Carrot - finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
- Cabbage - finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
- Onion - finely chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon full
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix the finely chopped carrot, cabbage, onion with the proportion of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper
- After mixing well you would observe a smooth paste that would be formed
- Refrigerate the mixed paste for about half an hour
- Cut the bread slices in triangular shape
- Spread the paste between the bread slices and serve
