Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken - diced into small pieces - 1 cup
- Macaroni - 1 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Chicken stock - 1 cup
- Cheese cube - 2 or 3 cubes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
Method:
- Boil the chicken with salt
- Take the chicken out of the water. The water in which the chicken was boiled is the 'stock'.
- Pour the chicken stock in a cup
- Now in a container mix the chicken stock, milk and macaroni. Boil the mixture
- Add salt
- Stir continuously
- When the macaroni is half done add the chicken, cheese cube and sprinkle with black pepper
- Stir this for a while for till the macaroni is fully done
- Season with oregano and serve it hot
