Chicken Clear Soup

Serves: 2

Ingredients required for Chicken Clear Soup are:
  1. 2 cup chicken stocks
  2. spring onion finely chopped 2 table spoon.
  3. boiled chicken 2 table spoon.
  4. salt- to taste
  5. white pepper powder- 1\4 tea spoon
  6. cornflower- 1 table spoon

Method of preparation:
  1. Make fresh chicken stock . Remove the chicken from the stock. Cover and keep chicken side.
  2. Then add the spring onion. Add salt and white pepper powder.
  3. Mix the cornflower.  Boil the soup. And stirring continuously.
  4. Add ajinomoto and boil for 1 minute.

Chicken clear soup is ready to be served hot.

  1. I don't understand why you feel compelled to add in a pinch of Ajinomoto. Everything they make is a neurotoxic or carcinogenic poison, like
