Coffee Pudding

Coffee pudding is very easy to make at home. Its a variation of a pudding recipe and a very simple to prepare dessert. This is one of the many variations of pudding I have prepared but definitely I have found all to appreciate the taste of coffee pudding . Yet, if you look at the ingredients you will find that its always available at home - milk, eggs, sugar and coffee powder. No fancy ingredients required and yet this tastes so good!

Cookware used :
- Gas Oven
- Frying Pan
- Pressure Cooker
- Bowl for whisking egg
- Utensil for boiling milk
- Utensil with lid, which can go inside the pressure cooker
Ingredients :
- Milk (2 cups)
- Eggs (3 pcs)
- Sugar (4 tablespoon)
- Coffee powder (1 teaspoon)
- Butter or white oil, for greasing utensil
Method to prepare Coffee Pudding :
- Boil the milk, add sugar (4 tablespoon) and coffee powder (1 tablespoon). Keep aside for it to cool.
- In a separate bowl whisk the egg.
- Add this to the milk you have kept aside and mix well.
- Grease the utensil with a bit of butter or oil, where you will make the pudding.
- Pour the milk mixture into it.
- Pour some water in the pressure cooker.
- Cover the utensil with the lid and put it inside the pressure cooker.
- Let 4 whistles blow.
- Now bring out the utensil, let it cool and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
- Before serving turn the utensil upside down for the coffee pudding to slid out onto a plate.
- Serve the coffee pudding cold
