Fresh Mango Juice
One of the tastiest drink in summer is fresh mango juice. As the summer approaches the fruit shops get pilled up with so many different type of mangoes. If you are not sure which mango to choose ask the fruit vendor to give you mangoes which are most suited for preparing juice. However, you try making mango juice with various type of mangoes and see which you like most.
Here is an easy way to make fresh mango juice. This comes in handy if you have guests coming over in summer and goes well as a ‘welcome drink’.
- Serves : 2
- Preparation Time : 5 min
- Cooking Time : 5 min
Cookware used :
- Mixer
Ingredients :
- Mango (1 large size)
- Sugar (6 tablespoon)
- Milk – cold (3 cups)
Method :
- Peel the mango and put the mango plum in the mixer
- Add sugar and operate the mixer for a minute
- Add cold milk and operate the mixer for a minute or two
- Juice is ready to serve

I would like to make mango juice for my friend. He has an ulcer and I understand mango will help him. I have no idea how to make mango juice. Do I peel them and put them in my juiecer or what do I do. I would appreciate your help. I have mangos sitting on my kitchen floor and I have a juicer. I can not find a reciepe.

Yes, you would require to peel the mango first. Then put it in the juicer. Just follow the steps I have mentioned above and it would work out great.

does the Mango Juice work without milk? is it the same recipe excluding the milk? or shall it be water instead of milk? appreciate your feedback.

Yes, the mango juice will work without milk. You may use little water instead of milk, though the taste will be slightly different but good as well. This can be made without milk or water but the juice will be ‘thick’.
